Blenheim Ginger Ale Cupcakes (w/ Recipe!)

You're probably quite familiar with Blenheim as a popular mixer for making spicy mixed drinks, but Blenheim as an ingredient in baked goods? Yes please! This original concoction comes to us via Bridget of the blog Sugar Buff. I can't help but wonder what they would taste like with the addition of bacon and sriracha, creating the ultimate culinary trifecta!  If anyone is brave enough to find out, be sure to let me know in the comments...
